Recently, TYSIM Foundation mobilized 4 KR300ES low headroom rotary drilling rigs to build on the Hangzhou-Wenzhou high-speed rail line. The main difficulty lies in the complex geological conditions. During the construction process, the railway in operation nearby cannot receive interference, the construction height cannot exceed 11 meters, the ground cannot be disturbed during the construction process, and the technical level is required to be high.

The pile diameters of the construction sites of KR300ES low headroom rotary drilling rigs in Tonglu County and Yiwu County of Hangzhou City are 1800mm, 1500mm, 1200mm and 1000mm in total. The pile depth is between 13 and 21 meters. The geological conditions are complicated: mainly miscellaneous fill (mainly backfilled strata with large construction waste particles), silty clay, silty sand (ranging from 3 to 6 meters, easily collapsing holes), round gravel layer, and strongly weathered silty sandstone, moderately weathered siltstone.
