On July 28, 2026, TYSIM Rental grandly held the 2026 Mid-year Work Summary and Strategic Deployment Conference at its headquarters in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. With the theme of "Service Upgrade, Pioneering & Renewal", the conference comprehensively reviewed the achievements of work in the first half of the year and drew up the development blueprint for the second half.
Led by Xin Peng, Chairman, and Duan Yi, General Manager of TYSIM Rental, all key backbones of the company attended the meeting. Centered on the service philosophy of "Prompt, Professional and Thoughtful", participants built consensus and clarified development directions, injecting strong impetus into the high-quality development of the new stage.

Transformation-Driven, Service-Centered
At the opening of the conference, General Manager Duan Yi delivered an opening address. He pointed out that amid profound adjustments in the domestic and international construction machinery market in the first half of 2026, TYSIM Rental adhered to a customer-centric approach. While steadily advancing its traditional construction services, the company successfully launched two new business lines: international equipment rental and equipment remanufacturing, laying a solid foundation for optimizing its business portfolio and strengthening risk resistance.
Duan Yi stressed that service is the cornerstone of TYSIM Rental’s foothold in the industry. In the second half of the year, the service tenet of "Prompt, Professional and Thoughtful" must be translated into tangible experience in every order, every piece of equipment and every customer interaction.
Chairman Xin Peng then delivered his remarks, stating that the team of TYSIM Rental must always maintain the courage and sense of urgency for self-transformation. Competition within the industry has shifted from equipment capacity to an all-round contest of service capabilities. TYSIM Rental must take the lead in building a highly reliable service system covering end customers and agents. It shall drive market expansion through service upgrading and unlock the team’s potential via organizational innovation.

Target Core Issues, Define Clear Paths
During the special report session, heads of the After-sales Service, Equipment Management, Operation Management, International Rental, Brand Promotion and Risk Control departments took turns reporting on their work achievements in the first half of the year and key initiatives for the second half. All participants squarely addressed core topics such as service response efficiency, equipment maintenance standards, rental asset turnover and contract risk control, and put forward specific improvement plans. Consensus was reached through discussions on four key tasks to be prioritized with concentrated resources in the second half of the year: rolling out special funds and action plans for service upgrading, fully strengthening contract and risk control procedures, implementing independent accounting and setting clear performance targets for the international rental business, and positioning the remanufacturing segment as a profit center. Every initiative will be supported by dedicated funds, unified standards, regular assessments and full closed-loop management.

Clear Strategic Direction: Three Core Pillars to Guide the Second-Half Campaign
Based on reports from all business segments and in-depth discussions, the conference set three core strategic priorities for the second half of 2026.
First, the service upgrading initiative targets building a highly reliable service system covering end customers and agents, striving for zero equipment breakdowns and industry-leading service attitudes and professional expertise. A special fund for service upgrading will be established, alongside service codes of conduct and skill competition mechanisms, to embed the tenet of "Prompt, Professional and Thoughtful" into every stage of service delivery.
Second, the expansion and innovation track requires proactive adaptation to shifts in domestic and overseas markets. Four growth engines will be prioritized: international rental, used equipment sales, new product R&D, and equipment & channel innovation. The company will drive overseas service expansion via rental business, unlock value from existing equipment through remanufacturing, and tap new growth potential with R&D and channel innovation.
Third, regarding organizational restructuring and talent pipeline development, the conference announced that all domestic service engineers will be brought under the unified management of TYSIM Rental, jointly supervised by Liu Yonghua and Xiao Suming. The company will build a five-tier service talent system consisting of in-house service teams, agent networks, factory technical support, aftermarket alliances and operator partnerships, forming a widely covered, fast-response and complementary service ecosystem.
Closing Remarks by Xin Peng: Deliver Transformations with Well-defined Strategies
At the close of the conference, Chairman Xin Peng delivered his concluding speech. He emphasized that the TYSIM Rental team must press ahead with continuous transformation. Bringing all domestic service engineers under the unified management of TYSIM Rental marks a pivotal step in building an end-user service system, granting the company genuine service capacity and decisive influence when serving end customers.
Regarding software and digital development, Xin Peng laid out three clear development paths. First, deepen the application of the Ruiyun After-sales System to realize integrated management of work orders, spare parts and customer data. Second, embed dedicated service functions into the system to break down data silos across rental, remanufacturing, sales and other business lines. Third, develop proprietary service software powered by AI to enable intelligent work order dispatching, fault prediction and customer portrait analysis, reshaping service efficiency through digital tools.
In terms of regional layout, he proposed positioning the Balanced City site in Turkey as a regional hub for service upgrading. Centered on this hub, TYSIM Rental will cover clients in Turkey, Germany and Italy as well as OEM manufacturing partners, establishing a frontline service outpost for the European market.
In addition, he required tighter management of the in-house rental business and improved support systems for agents. A profitability assessment mechanism for rental assets will be introduced, and regular reviews of agent service satisfaction will be conducted to sustain steady growth of the cooperative network.
In closing, Xin Peng urged all staff to align their strategic objectives and operational steps. Corporate-level strategies shall be broken down tier by tier into departmental actions and individual KPIs, ensuring full alignment across the organization. Together, the team will steer TYSIM Rental toward steady and long-term growth through service upgrading and global expansion.

The conference drew to a successful close amid warm applause from all attendees. In the second half of 2026, TYSIM Rental will be guided by the service tenet of "Prompt, Professional and Thoughtful". It will build solid competitive moats through service upgrading and embrace global opportunities via pioneering innovation, consistently delivering long-term value to customers, partners and the whole industry. Unite as one, renew our vitality and set off anew!
