In October 2021, AVP, the base Uzbek branch of TYSIM, participated in the construction of the 1500MW gas combined cycle independent power generation project in the Syer River of Uzbekistan, which is the first gas combined cycle power plant project signed by a Chinese enterprise in Uzbekistan and the largest power project signed by Uzbekistan in recent years. Uzbekistan is an "inland country" in the hinterland of Central Asia, and it is also the only way for the "Belt and Road" to extend westward. The Uzbek government has been committed to actively participating in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and promoting economic and trade exchanges and energy cooperation. The project adopts the gas turbine with the highest combustion temperature, the largest single power and the highest efficiency in the world and the design scheme of "zero discharge of waste water". It can provide more than 36 million kWh of electricity to the local power grid every day, benefiting millions of residents in Uzbekistan. It is an important livelihood project planned by the Uzbek government. The project is located in the Syer River State of Uzbekistan, about 150 kilometers south from the capital Tashkent. The EPC project covers the design, procurement, construction, commissioning and commissioning of a new 1500MW gas-fired combined cycle power station. The contract period is 36 months. The signing of the project has created an example of multilateral friendly cooperation among Chinese, Saudi, Japanese and Uzbek enterprises in the fields of technology, capital and construction. The pile foundation project of this project has two types of pile diameters of 600mm and 800mm. The design pile length is 30-40 meters. The formation is complex and special. It is formed by backfilling residue landfill on the swamp. The backfilling time is short, the silt formation is relatively thick, and there is a silt formation with a thickness of 3-4 meters at a position of about 20 meters. Coupled with abundant groundwater, it is easy to form hole collapse and is extremely difficult to construct. The construction method engineers and construction team of TYSIM Foundation overcame the difficulties such as the lack of timely supply of water and electricity on the site and limited field operation conditions. KR220C rotary drilling rig with TYSIM Carter chassis was adopted to formulate strict construction technology, and the mud ratio was adjusted in time according to the site conditions. The drilling of the rig and the lifting rod were combined quickly and slowly to effectively avoid hole collapse, solve the problem of concrete filling over-square and improve construction efficiency. At the same time, pay close attention to safe and civilized construction to ensure high quality, high efficiency and high safety to complete the pile foundation construction.
