Recently, TYSIM Foundation Integral Transportation Rotary Drilling Rig KR125/KR90 participated in the construction of supporting facilities for the permanent site of Wuxi World Internet of Things Expo. The project is located on the southwest side of the intersection of Zhenze Road and Qingshu Road in Wuxi Economic Development Zone. The construction unit is Wuxi International Conference Center Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is about 10 hectares, and the total construction area is about 207000 square meters, of which the above-ground construction The area is about 130000 square meters and the underground construction area is about 77000 square meters. The main functions are conference center and supporting hotels. The territory of Wuxi City is dominated by alluvial and lake plains, with well-developed surface water systems and dense river networks. In addition to Taihu Lake, the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal runs through the urban area, the Xicheng Canal and the Xibei Canal connect the Yangtze River, and the Liangxi River and Yangxi River lead to Taihu Lake. The geological conditions of the site are mainly backfill stratum, silty clay, silty clay with silt, silt and silty clay. The construction site is close to Taihu Lake, with high underground water level, which makes the construction difficult. The on-site bored pile diameter is 800mm and the hole depth is 21m. TYSIM Machinery is equipped with skilled operators for more than 3 years. It is necessary to strictly control the drilling speed and the lifting and releasing speed of the drill pipe to effectively prevent hole collapse. The average hole forming time is controlled at about 50 minutes, which increases the construction efficiency, increases the construction volume for customers, shortens the construction period and creates greater value.
