This project is a leisure square project near the subway in Singapore. Our company KR220M is equipped with a multi-functional mast and mounted with a single-shaft mixing device for construction. The mixing pile has a pile diameter of 1200 meters and a mixing depth of 12 meters. It is estimated that 7-8 square meters of cement slurry will be poured into a single pile.

Construction essentials:

1. While drilling, fill with clean water to the required depth.

2, while the forward rotation of irrigation mud while lifting, lifting speed control at 0.8-1 m/min, to ensure sufficient mixing.

3. Turn forward the irrigation mud again and lower it to the required depth with the speed controlled at 0.8-1 m/min.

4, while turning irrigation mud side lift, speed control in 0.8-1 m/min, final hole.

5. Clean the pipeline with clean water.

According to the above process, the construction time of a single pile is 50-60 minutes, and 6-7 piles can be completed every day, meeting the requirements of the construction period.
