The main body of this project is located in Mengan Reservoir in Yizhai Pian, Baihe Town, with a total investment of 0.19 billion yuan and an area of about 569 mu. It is currently a large-capacity power station in Tiantai County. As a new energy project, the "fishing and light complementary" project will build photovoltaic power generation projects in reservoirs and on the ground, set up photovoltaic modules on the water surface or above the ground to generate electricity, use water bodies for aquaculture, and use the original land for agricultural cultivation, thus forming a power generation mode of "generating electricity on the top, raising fish and planting on the bottom. It is understood that the annual power generation of the photovoltaic power station is about 25 million kwh, the electricity revenue is more than 2600 million yuan, and the annual carbon dioxide emission reduction is 24000 tons.

In order to ensure the timely completion of the construction period, the customer chose the KR150 rotary drilling rig with relatively larger mechanical functions. The KR150 rotary drilling rig has a drilling depth of 42m, a large drilling diameter of 1300mm, and a complete machine weight of 40T. Its low energy consumption, high efficiency, convenient transportation and other characteristics are deeply recognized by the customer. Due to the special geological conditions on the side of the reservoir, it is not conducive to the construction of large-scale machinery. The operator is relatively cautious and careful. The construction stratum is about one meter of soft soil layer, followed by mudstone. The construction depth is 3m, the drilling diameter is 400mm, and the KR150 machine capacity completely exceeds the actual construction requirements.
