KR125 Jiangxi Fengcheng Office Building Project

In December 2012, KR series drilling rigs entered the Jiangxi industrial and civil construction market. In the foundation construction of the government office building in Qujiang Town, Fengcheng City, KR125 not only shows its own advantages of fast drilling speed and low fuel consumption, but also shows super efficiency for relatively hard and strongly weaved rock formations.

The design pile depth of the construction site is 25-30 meters, the pile diameter is 800mm-1500mm, the stratum above 10 meters is red clay, the viscosity is relatively large, and the hardness of strongly weathered mudstone below 10 meters is 5-10Mpa. Because the strata are all clay structures, the dry hole construction method is adopted. Each drilling foot is 400-500mm, and the footage is about 300mm after hitting the groundwater layer. The average hole-forming time for each hole is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
