KR125 Liyang Iron and Steel Plant Project

The CDQ project of Liyang Iron and Steel Works is a typical minicomputer site. This site pile is a supporting pile, with tight construction period, limited site area, numerous operating vehicles, complex site conditions, about 2 meters of backfill, and insufficient conditions to allow medium and large drilling rigs to enter the site. It is this harsh construction conditions that give KR125 the opportunity to show their skills, highlighting the advantages of KR125 compared to medium and large drilling rigs. The design pile depth of the construction site is 24 meters, the pile diameter is 800mm, and there is a sand layer of about 7 meters. The static slurry arm guard technology is adopted, and 6-8 piles are formed per shift (8 hours per shift). The customer is very satisfied with the efficiency of the drilling rig and the low failure rate.

Before the drilling rig entered the site, there were two sets of water for construction, with 1-2 piles per day. After the KR125 drilling rig entered the site for construction, the rhinestone was ordered to leave the site.
