Shenyang is a big central city in Northeast China. Located in the center of the Northeast Asian Economic Circle and the Bohai Rim Economic Circle, it has an important strategic position. The macroscopic landform of Shenyang city is alluvial and proluvial fan, and the mountain pass is in the northeast. The formation of alluvial and proluvial fan has undergone multiple depositions, coupled with the continuous changes of the Hun River channel from north to south, resulting in new geomorphological formations overlying the old strata, and at the same time, the erosion and deposition of the new strata to the old strata, thus constituting the Quaternary strata in Shenyang with multiple sedimentary cycles. That is, the formation is mainly composed of silty clay, medium coarse sand, gravelly sand, round gravel and pebbles. There can be 2-3 sedimentary cycles in different sections, and some strata are missing a certain layer according to different sedimentary environments. At an urban construction site in Shenyang, we saw Ji Yongzhong, who was directing the construction of his TYSIM rotary drilling rig.

Ji Yongzhong was born in 1957 and his hometown is Tangshan, Hebei Province. He has been in his prime. His voice has always been so loud and his personality has always been so bright. At present, there are two rotary drilling rigs, one is Zhonglian 220, and the KR125A of TYSIM Machinery. Before he owned his own rotary drilling rig, boss Ji had been doing engineering-related work. before using the rotary drilling rig, he had been using other equipment such as vibration hammers. after seeing the construction prospect of the rotary drilling rig, he ordered a zhonglian 220. when the purchase loan of zhonglian 220 was repaid, he was looking for a rotary drilling rig corresponding to small piles. after market investigation and comparison, after learning that TYSIM's rotary drilling rig has the advantages of flexible construction, low fuel consumption and small floor area, it signed a contract on March 25, 2013 to purchase KR125A, which is specially used for the construction of small piles in Shenyang housing construction. Zhonglian 220 has been working in Sichuan for three years since it was purchased, and then went to Wuhan, Shanxi and Tangshan for one year.

TYSIM mechanical rotary drilling rig has been under construction in Shenyang so far, and the feedback is good. Apart from simple maintenance and maintenance of wearing parts, there is basically no major maintenance.

Examples of three typical construction sites are as follows:
In April 2013, the high-speed highway will be equipped with sound insulation plate piles with a depth of 3-4m and a diameter of 800mm, which will be completed in a short period of time.
On July 19, 2013, Shenyang No.5 construction site, a total of 220 houses were built with 800mm piles and a depth of 27-33 meters. The construction was completed in a short month. The intermediate rotary drilling rig repaired the regulator and filtered the oil.
On November 1, 2013, Yujing Center had a diameter of 800mm, a depth of 26.5-35m, and 200 roots. It was completed in about 40 days. Five or six steel wire ropes of the intermediate machine broke down. The regulator had corresponding problems and filtered oil more than ten times.
On April 25, 2014, the University of Technology of Metro Line 10 had a diameter of 800mm, a depth of 23-29m, and 420 piles, which were completed in two months, resulting in a problem of reduced rotation speed.
