Recently, Jiangsu TYSIM Machinery received a thank-you letter from the project of China Water Resources and Hydropower 11th Engineering Bureau in Zambia. The customer purchased one KR125A rotary drilling rig in 2015 and 2017 respectively for the foundation construction of transmission towers of KK330 power transmission project (Kariba-Kaifu Gorge West Switching Station) and CLC132 power transmission and transformation project (Chipata-Lundaz-Chama).These two projects are both constructed in Zambia, with the following construction difficulties: 1. The transmission line is very long in foreign construction, and the construction transition requires convenient transportation as a whole; 2. The stratum constructed along the way is relatively complex, including sand layer, pebbles, bouldering stone, strong weatherized stratum, etc.; 3. It has good climbing performance, and there are hilly areas along the way.The KR125A rotary drilling rig of TYSIM Machinery has a weight of 35 tons, a construction diameter range of 400-1500mm and a construction height of 15 meters. It has the functions of integral pole transportation and automatic folding mast, reducing the disassembly and assembly time during transportation and having good climbing performance.KR125A rotary drilling rig performs well in construction, with high reliability and construction efficiency. At the same time, TYSIM is equipped with experienced special service personnel to train construction technical personnel for customers, train repair and maintenance knowledge hand-in-hand, and introduce mature construction technology, which provides a solid guarantee for the smooth completion of the construction task of the project. At the same time, it has also trained a large number of construction technical personnel for China Power Construction and accumulated rich construction experience.
