In July 2020, TYSIM machinery ace models KR285C, KR220C officially entered the Fujian Zhangzhou nuclear power site site.
The project was undertaken by China Nuclear Industry Fifth Construction Co., Ltd. The project is a sub-item of 1516 engineering comprehensive warehouse. The number of piles is 768, the diameter is 800mm, and the effective pile length is 33 meters. The current construction technology is multifunctional long spiral down-the-hole hammer rotary drilling machine with synthetic piles. The situation of the site is quite complicated, with backfilled stones, silt, sea sand and granite completely weathered and strongly weathered. In view of such conditions, TYSIM's construction team has made a detailed construction plan: about 0m to 22 m, we have adopted a 24 m casing under the multifunctional long spiral down-the-hole hammer to effectively avoid the risk of hole collapse in the formation. When pouring, the vibration hammer pulls the casing. The concrete in the formation pile is seriously lost, which improves the filling coefficient of the pile. When we use the down-the-hole hammer to lower the casing, we backfill the surrounding area of the casing for many times, thus reducing the filling coefficient. About 22 m -31 m belongs to the geology of easy hole collapse. We use the prepared bentonite grouting hole to effectively avoid hole collapse and excessive sediment in the formation.
Through more than a month's efforts, the current construction efficiency has been greatly improved, and the construction method has been highly recognized by the competent leaders. I believe that the TYSIM team can successfully complete the work with good quality and quantity, and promote the development of China's nuclear industry.
