In August 2020, two newly developed KR300C of TYSIM Machinery entered the Wuhan market, marking the completion of the upgrade of the series of card bottom rotary drilling rigs, and the new generation of fully electronically controlled rotary drilling rigs was officially put into the market.This type of drilling rig adopts a new generation of electric control special rotary digging chassis built by Caterpillar for ten years, which realizes the parametric control of the whole machine and is a global peer. As Carter's global rotary drilling partner, TYSIM worked closely with the Carter Japan Center and completed the development of a fully electronically controlled rotary drilling rig at the same time.
This type of drilling rig eliminates the pilot hydraulic control system, and the cooling fan also uses a scientific electronic fan to realize the program control of the whole machine. The rest of the engine power is used for construction operations, eliminating the additional energy consumption of control and cooling, and can save fuel consumption by more than 10%. This time, TYSIM KR300C, which entered the Wuhan construction market, has won unanimous praise from customers and operators for its high construction efficiency and low fuel consumption. Since its establishment, TYSIM has launched six small and medium-sized rotary drilling rig models, KR90C, KR125C, KR150C, KR165C, KR220C and KR300C, and has been exported to more than ten countries such as Australia, Turkey and Southeast Asia. The products have been recognized by customers at home and abroad.As one of the main markets for small and medium-sized rotary drilling rigs in China, Hubei region is the key promotion area for many manufacturers.
