In November 2020, we welcomed 16 trainees to Wuxi Taicheng Basic Engineering Services Co. In line with the training tenet of focusing on manufacturing, professional training, clear theory, standardized operation and priority of efficiency, our trainees will become independent professional rotary diggers after three stages of professional theoretical training (including vital safety training), professional practical training and site practice, with a period of two months.

As a professional training institution for rotary diggers, we have set up systematic theoretical courses and practical steps, compiled professional training materials, and hired engineers with rich theoretical experience and practical coaches with many years of experience in rotary diggers to carry out teaching, so as to ensure that our training not only guarantees quantity and quality.

In the process of training, students listen carefully and practice carefully. In addition to the training, we also arranged for the trainees to have a free dinner and a colorful group building, so that they could train carefully in class and communicate after class!

I hope that after two months of training courses, they will not only be proficient in the operation, maintenance and repair of rotary drilling rigs, but also make a group of friends who have the same aspirations and struggle together.
Upon graduation, they will also harvest the graduation certificate and the operation certificate recognized by the industry association.
With solid operation ability and two certifications, I believe our students are "fragrant steamed buns" wherever they go "!
